Just a quick check in via our ham radio (no pictures). We are in the Barra de Navidad laguna and everything is fine. We moved south from La Cruz about a week ago and are in this small, though cute but touristy, beach town. Had a great time last night watching the super bowl. I'll post a more through blog once we get somewhere with internet but here's a quick summary of what we've been doing: While in La Cruz we had friends visit for a week, we then flew up to California for two weeks to visit family and friends. We then got the boat provisioned and passage ready and did an overnight sail to here. That's about all. We'll move further south in a few days with our long-term goal to be in El Salvador mid to late March.
